On the 2009 release For Pete's Sake, multi-instrumentalist Mr. Chop, fresh from collaborations with MF Doom and Pete Rock, turns in 17 tracks comprising "a futuristic mixture of fuzzy psychedelia, funk, jazz and musique concrete informed by years of record collecting and Hip Hop studies."
