Jesca Hoop

Kirby pointed me in the direction of Jesca Hoop, whose 2007 album Kismet is pretty much the definition of the kind of indie pop I enjoy - lush vocal textures, quirky arrangements, heartfelt without seeming cloying. Kismet was so good I ran out to find everything else I could find by this artist, which sadly wasn't much - thankfully, another record is on the way this fall!

Jesca Hoop - Seed Of Wonder
Jesca Hoop - Money

Recently on Comfort Radio:
Mcenroe - Convenience Now Redux
Boom Boom Satellites - Low Blow
Pest - Murda
