Bitter:Sweet
Bitter:Sweet, a loungetronica group (featuring Kiran Shahani of Supreme Beings of Leisure) who recently put out a big smash record called The Mating Game, now have a delightful remix album called - wait for it - The Remix Game, featuring snazzy reworkings by the likes of Thievery Corporation, Nicola Conte, Atjazz, Skeewiff, and others. As you'd expect, it's a very smooth affair, but my favorite tracks were these two - the Blackbeard remix for its unexpected hints of grind, and the Marsmobil remix for taking things in a very psychedelic direction.
Bitter:Sweet - Overdue (Blackbeard Remix)
Bitter:Sweet - Moody (Marsmobil Remix)
Recently on Comfort Radio:
DJ Shadow - Number Song (Cut Chemist Remix)
Styrofoam - Off Is Not A Speed
Four Tet - You Were There with Me

I think Bitter:Sweet are in the midst of a name change due to copyright conflicts. For the record, their label Quango is one of the most amateur, unprofessional labels around (as based on personal experience). It a shame really, as the band is great and deserves better representation.
