Skeletons & The Girl-Faced Boys
I initially checked out Skeletons & The Girl-Faced Boys because I loved the band name; after grabbing their 2005 full-length, "Git", I'm pleased to report that they continue to sound great as well. It's yummy, experimental electropop, all over the map rhythmically, lush with great vocal flourishes, and incorporating all kinds of noisy mayhem, kind of like Max Tundra sitting in with Figurine. (Which reminds me, memo to Max Tundra and Figurine...)

I love Skeletons & TGFB... I got "Git" about 6 months before it came out and knew that it was going to be killer when they got out to tour on it... didn't get to see them, but my friend ended up playing with them... so I suppose that was close enough... thank you for posting this...
