The Agriculture Records
The Agriculture Records is a Brooklyn/San Francisco/Barcelona-based label with a roster of ambient and IDM artists putting out some very intriguing and creative sounds. The mark of a good label is that you can recognize its signature when you hear one of its artists, but in the meantime, the artists all stand out in their own right, and the Agriculture is clearly succeeding on that front. If you like what you hear below, the label's site has its own radio station and lots of freebies; for those of you keeping score at home, Ladyman is apparently an alter-ego of Badawi.
